This hotel is in a great neighborhood, right in the center of a lively area. It's surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars, so you'll never be bored during your stay. The rooms have a cozy decoration and the beds are great - I had a fantastic night's sleep. I also appreciated the bunk beds instead of four separate beds, which added a fun and social aspect to the room.
All was fine during my stay, nothing to complain about.

I had a few issues at Smarty Cologne City Center, but overall I had a positive experience. The location was excellent, with major points of interest just a short walk away. I was lucky to have a 4-person room to myself, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff who spoke fluent English. The manager even allowed me to store my luggage in a secure room while I went on a trip to Spain, without any extra charge. The price was also affordable, and the free wifi was a bonus.

As a young traveler, I recently had the opportunity to stay at a budget-friendly hostel in a central location. The hostel is situated just a short walk from the vibrant nightlife areas, making it convenient for exploring the city's entertainment scene. The rooms, although basic, are clean and comfortable, with OK mattresses for a good night's sleep. The shared kitchen facilities were a bonus, allowing me to prepare simple meals during my stay.
One downside was the cramped rooms, with several bunk beds tightly packed together. The bunk beds themselves weren't very sturdy, causing some inconvenience and potential disturbance to the person below if you moved around.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent and the bathroom had a powerful hot shower. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the main station, attractions, and the Cathedral.
Hard to think of anything negative.
